11th edition of environment event
From 15 to 19 June, Monacology takes place on the quayside opposite Stars n Bars. Around 30 associations welcome local children with workshops and activities to raise awareness about the environment and biodiversity, and explaining what is being done to protect the environment, recycle rubbish, and manage food waste. Free entry, opening hours:
- 8:30-16:30, daily, school visits
- Thu 18 Jun, nocturne late opening
17:00 official opening, followed by Defi des Chefs
New this year is the Defi des Chefs (Chefs' Challenge), where Philippe Joannes of the Fairmont and Joel Garault of the Vistamar must each prepare a dish using products that have been discarded from Condamine Market and Monaco supermarkets.
