In the Monte Carlo Munchkins Club, a 1h30 workshop that includes a discussion of contradicting stories about dairy products, offers advice on reducing dairy consumption, and demonstrates recipes for:

  • almond milk from scratch
  • cheats hazelnut milk
  • protein balls made with raw cookie dough
  • raw, vegan, cheese-free cheese

Price 35 euros, payment on arrival, includes demonstrations, recipe tastings, and a comparative tasting of shop bought almond and hazlenut milks against homemade versions. Superfood products are on sale at the events, and participants are emailed full recipes following the workshop.
