On 26 and 27 March, the grand final of the Trophee des Directeurs de la Restauration et d'Exploitation France (CDRE).
The CDRE is a membership association for restaurant managers of 4 and 5 star hotels in France. Its aims are to enable information exchange among professionals, support training, organise visits and presentations, and discover new talent through its annual Trophee CDRE France.
