Concert performance
A concert performance by MRS group that explores modern attitudes to food. The stage is set with a hacked kitchen, including loudspeaker hobs, mixing table, whisks, drum kits and kitchen appliances. Robotic waiters serve entrails and offal, moving to the beat of digestive music.
Established in 2004, MRS (Musique Rythmique et Sportive) explores the relationship between stage arts and live music. The group is Jerome Noguera (light and video designer), Micha Vanony (composer and visual artist) and Sacha Vanony (composer and performer). They work within Logoscope's sound arts platform. For Abats en Concert, MRS is working with visual artists and stage designers Thomas Negrevergne and Arnaud Roland from Logoscope's visual arts platform.
