Following Monaco's victory away against Nimes, 0-2, the Reds and Whites are through to the next round of the Coupe de France.

Organized by the French Football Federation, the Coupe de France is a knockout competition open to amateur and professional clubs. Monaco has won the cup five times, in 1960, 1963, 1980, 1985, and 1991. The team recently reached the final in 2010, losing to Paris Saint Germain.
