Members' dinner organized by association

In the Salon de la Mer, a dinner and fund-raising tombola for the Association Slow Food Monaco Riviera Cote d'Azur. Menu devised by Chef Philippe Joannes, in collaboration with Xavier Adeline, Philippe Caillouet and Stephane Delvert.

Proceeds from the tombola support Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and Terra Madre of Slow Food.
