Healthy eating with superfoods workshop
In the Champagne Bar, a workshop and cooking demonstration of Asian inspired recipes, with Christy von Aspern. The chef demonstrates how to prepare lentil burgers with relish, spicy pumpkin soup with bread, apple crumble and a hot toddy, all free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Participants can sample food prepared during the demonstration and take away recipes, tips about superfoods, and nutritional information from qualified nutritionist Susan Tomassini.
