16th edition of International Competition of Jazz Soloists
The first half of the program is the final of the Concours International de Solistes de Jazz, the second half is a performance by students of the Jazz and Musiques Actuelles department of the Academie Rainier III.

Three candidates, previously selected by a specialist jury, each perform three jazz standards. This year's finalists are all piano players from France:
- Guillaume Cherpitel
- Gauthier Toux
- Giuseppe De Gregorio
Following the performance, the jury chooses and announces the winner. The public are also invited to vote for their favourite.
The jury is composed of Jean-Charles Curau, Government Director of Cultural Affairs, Christian Tourniaire, Director of Academie Rainier III, Charles Vaudano, Competition Artistic Director, Lionel Vaudano, Frederic Luzignant, Jean-Michel Aublette, Roger Rossignol and Marc Ayoub, all teachers at the Jazz and Musiques Actuelles department.
