Healthy eating with superfoods workshop
In the Champagne Bar, a workshop and cooking demonstration, on the theme of nuts, with Christy von Aspern. Guest chef demonstrates how to prepare almond milk, creamy cashew super salad, cherry brownies and more, all free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Participants can sample food prepared during the demonstration and take away recipes, tips about superfoods, and nutritional information from qualified nutritionist Susan Tomassini.
