Celebrating Scotland
In the Hermitage Hotel, attended by HSH Prince Albert II, a gala banquet and charity auction, celebrating the food, whisky, music and culture of Scotland. The evening includes a Scottish banquet prepared by chefs Michael Smith, Joel Garault and Christian Garcia, accompanied by a flight of Scotch single malt whisky (wine menu available on request). Pipers Neil Mulvie and Jamie Maclean lead in the haggis, which is addressed by Simply Whisky. Music is provided by the Red Hot Chilli Pipers, and a silent auction is to be held in aid of the Fondation Prince Albert II.
