A course led by Chef Marcel Ravin and his team in the kitchen of Monte Carlo Bay's restaurant Las Brisas. Price includes course for 1 person, plus glass of champagne and dinner for 2 people.

Program

9:00, visit Condamine Market with Marcel Ravin providing advice on buying the best fruit and vegetables, and a butcher demonstrating how to prepare a capon.
around 12:00, lunch break in the market hall, followed by relaxation at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel by the pool with a wellness cocktail
15:00, apprentices and chef prepare dinner

Guests are invited to arrive at 19:30, when participants prepare starters then take a seat at the table to taste their handiwork. The evening concludes with participants receiving a gift basket to take home at 22:00.
