Healthy eating with superfoods workshop

Marking World Food Day, a workshop and cooking demonstration, on the theme of environmentally friendly eating. Participants sample food prepared during the demonstration and take away recipes, tips about superfood, and nutritional information from qualified nutritionist Susan Tomassini.
