A conference presented by Jean-Claude Volpi, on start of WW1 in Roquebrune Cap Martin. Volpi is a member of the Societe d'Art et d'Histoire du Mentonnais, and has edited a number of works on the history of Menton, Roquebrune and Cap Martin. His presentation marks the centenary of the outbreak of WW1.
