The winner is chosen by a jury that includes Bruno Berberes (Casting Director of The Voice), Valerie Mendez (Manager of organizer VIP Evenements Prod), Benjamine Girolami (vocal coach at Richard Cross School), Christophe Mosbah (casting), and Claude Njoya (DJ, author and producer).
