5th edition of culinary festival
From 30th July to 2nd August, the Saisons de la Gastronomie Russe takes place in selected restaurants in Monaco. In the Hermitage's Vistamar, Joel Garault is teaming up with Andrej Shamakov of the Moscow Hotel Metroppol, whilst Jean-Claude Brugel and Konstantin Makridin, culinary advisor to the Russian President, are joining forces at the Cafe de Paris. Avenue 31's chef Mustapha El Hajraoui welcomes Mark Statsenko. The 4-day event is an opportunity for the chefs to exchange of ideas and bring some new culinary delights to diners.
