7th edition of international competition for women
On 14th and 15th June, in the Olympic size pitch on Larvotto beach, the Monte Carlo Beach Volley (MCBV) international competition for women. At least 18 matches are taking place, with prize money of 10,000 US dollars. Around 20 players are taking part, with teams representing Austria, Spain, Estonia, Greece, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and the USA.

The event also includes a beach village, performances by a Spanish dancing group, and promotional gifts.
From 11th June, in the run-up to the main event, several amateur competitions are taking place.
