Whisky tastings, master classes, and parties

From 21st to 22nd November, 2nd edition of a whisky conference for investors, collectors and connoisseurs, with events taking place in the Oceanographic Museum, Cafe de Paris, Hotel Hermitage and Casino Square. Including tastings, expert master classes, presentations, enjoyment and appreciation of whisky. Overview of program:

Fri 21 Nov

  • 15:00-17:00, Oceanographic Museum, conference opening in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II, by invitation only

Discussion on the flavour of whisky, chaired by Charles MacLean. Industry experts consider the contribution of raw materials, the production process and the maturation process to the flavour of the finished product. The presentation is followed by a tasting of five whiskies using Charles MacLean's "Flavour Wheel", which is being launched at the Conference. Golden ticket holders and by special invitation only.

  • 17:00, whisky master classes

Including Gordon and McPhail rare and collectable whisky with Charles Maclean (Golden Ticket holders or by invitation), new and exceptional single malts from Dewar's with Stephen Marshall (180 euros, apply by email), finest Irish single pot still whisky from Midleton with Brian Nation (180 euros, apply by email), and 3 exceptional Islay whiskies with Dario Di Sotto (90 euros, apply by email).
