Ealing comedy screening and whisky tasting
The last event of the 2013-14 season for Monte Carlo Whisky Society, something for film and whisky lovers. Tickets 10 euros, to view the film and taste the Monaco Blend whisky:
- presentation by Keith Hewitt, expert and historian of the SS Politician
- private screening of Whisky Galore, the film adaptation of Compton Mackenzie's book
The evening is also an opportunity to find out about investing in a remake of the Whisky Galore film by director Gillies Mackinnon and producer Iain Maclean:
- tasting of whiskies associated with the 1949 movie
- opportunity to meet production team members of the film remake
- surprise guests in town from the Cannes Film Festival
