Clever Kitchen cooking workshop
In the 7th floor champagne bar, a 1h30 cooking workshop focusing on regeneration, discussing anti-oxidents and demonstrating recipes to compliment the theme. Discover a liver cleansing juice, an anti-oxident filled Acai Berry smoothie bowl, and a savoury black rice dish with a zangy dressing.

Hosted by the Fairmont Monte Carlo, the workshops are designed to introduce participants to cooking and eating a healthy, balanced diet. The Clever Kitchen is a collaboration between nutritionist Susan Tomassini, and executive chef Naomi Buff.
