On the first floor StarDeck, an evening for aspiring resident singers who want to take to the stage. Hosted by American RnB singer and musician Fat Cat Hackett, regular performer at bars and clubs on the Cote d'Azur.

Manager of Stars n Bars, Annette Anderson explains that the event is neither The Voice nor the X Factor, nor is it a karaoke evening. Great singers may be working as accountants, doctors, or taxi drivers, and for one evening, Stars n Bars is giving them the opportunity to perform in public.
