Chinese menu at Cafe de Paris
Chinese chefs de cuisine are working with Jean-Claude Brugel and his team to create Chinese dishes, including seafood soup, sweet and sour fish and chicken Gong Bao. Collaborating chefs are Ren De Feng and Zhu Song Tao of the Shanghai Classical Hotel, Luo Yu Lin, Wang Yun and desserts chef Ma Shun Li.
