Clever Kitchen ski fit cooking workshop

A 1h45 cooking workshop that uses different protein sources to improve physical fitness and stamina. Food to help you prepare for your skiing holiday. 40 euros per person. Menu includes:

  • chia pudding
  • protein smoothie
  • protein snack balls or bars

Hosted by the Fairmont Monte Carlo, the workshops are designed to introduce participants to cooking and eating a healthy, balanced diet. The Clever Kitchen is a collaboration between nutritionist Susan Tomassini, and executive chef Naomi Buff.
