Clever Kitchen cooking workshop

A 1h45 cooking workshop that explains the importance of following the seasons. Using fruit and vegetables that are currently in season, participants produce the menu:

  • spirulina super smoothie topped with coconut and goji berries
  • butternut squash and garlic dip served with gluten free quinoa crackers
  • Asian quinoa salad with peanut free satay dressing

40 euros per person.

Hosted by the Fairmont Monte Carlo, the workshops are designed to introduce participants to cooking and eating a healthy, balanced diet. The Clever Kitchen is a collaboration between nutritionist Susan Tomassini, and executive chef Naomi Buff.
