A 1-day course led by Chef Marcel Ravin in the kitchen of Monte Carlo Bay's restaurant Las Brisas. Price includes course for 1 person, plus cocktails and dinner for 2 people.

The class starts after a briefing with tea and homemade biscuits. Guests are invited to arrive at 19:30, when participants prepare starters then take a seat at the table to taste their handiwork. The evening ends at 22:00.
