Monte Carlo SBM 150th Anniversary Yule Log
Created by pastry chef Nicolas Baygourry, a limited edition chocolate cake with a base of grilled hazelnuts under crispy praline with lemon zest, a middle layer of Menton lemon cream with vanilla mousse and Menton mandarin orange, encased in gold leaf coated velvet macaroon. Finished off in Monte Carlo SBM's anniversary colours.

Family Christmas Tea, 21-24 December
In the hotel's Salle Belle Epoque, families are welcome for Christmas Tea with pastries and sweets. Also creative workshops for kids, where they can make Christmas decorations, followed by a ride in Santa's horse drawn sleigh around the Place du Casino.
