Monegasque specialities on the menu
From 16th to 19th November, starting each evening at 20:00, celebrate Monaco National Day with chef Jean-Claude Brugel's menu of Monegasque dishes including:
- courgette veloute, tomato confit and fresh goat cheese
- squid braised with red wine and fried polenta
- Monegasque style young rabbit loin
- tartlet with locally grown lemons, mandarin sorbet
