Tasting of Bellvale wines and dinner menu:

- Magnum Bellvale Chardonnay 2012 with San Remo shrimps, burrata, fish roe
- Bellvale Chardonnay 2009 with smoked salmon carpaccio, balsamic, cream cheese, beetroot
- Bellvale Chardonnay 2007 with grilled iberica loin, sesame, parsley
oil - Bellvale Pinot Noir 2008 with venison tartare, black truffle, hazelnut oil, coffee, mustard
