6th edition of trade fair celebrating Italian produce
From 4th to 6th October in the Fairmont Hotel's Salle d'Or, the Monte Carlo Food and Wine Festival, promoting Italian and European produce from small and medium sized enterprises. With tastings and presentations.
- 4 Oct, 19:00, official opening attended by the Italian Ambassador to Monaco, Antonio Morabito
- 5-6 Oct, 10:30-18:30 daily
Including a presentation by Massimo Sacco, sommelier of the Fairmont Monte Carlo on matching wine and food, and an organic wine tasting led by Dominique Milardi chef sommelier of the Meridien Beach Plaza. There's also a fashion show of items made using natural fibres and inspired by wine, organised by Zitoli and Saladino. Also a concert with Italian singer Luca Virago as part of his La Notte dei Cantanti (singers' night) tour.
