- 19:00, meeting with guest speaker Colonel Thierry Jouan, who worked as Aide de Camp for Prince Albert from 1999-2000. His talk is on the theme La Culture Protocolaire a Monaco (protocol culture in Monaco)
- 19:30, explanation of JCI European Conference program
- 20:30, dinner at a nearby restaurant
Members only are invited to the welcome meeting (around 30 minutes) and dinner.
