From 8th to 12th April, chef Jimmy Desrivieres creates springtime dishes using grains and edible flowers. Price 69 euros per person, includes starter, main dish, dessert and coffee. Choices include:
- roasted scallops with nasturtiums and pansies
- salmon with sesame seeds, vegetable tagliatelles, and samphire flower beurre blanc
- strawberry pavlova with blueberries and violets
