Celebrating Cambodian cuisine
Until 1st April, Cambodian dishes are on the menu, devised by chef Phea Chhim from Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf Spa and Resort, who is working alongside Frederic Ramos and the hotel team.
On 1st April, a Cambodian dinner after Royal Ballet of Cambodia's performance of the legend of the Aspara Mera.
The event celebrates the Printemps des Arts, which is featuring the Cambodian Royal Ballet, and to welcome Princess Norodom Buppha Devi.
