Tasting of 4 wines from Redbank Sally's Paddock, matched with 4 course gourmet dinner. Menu:
- salmon trio (smoked, natural, poached), with Hundred Tree Hill chardonnay 2008
- scrambled eggs with black truffle, with Hundred Tree Hill pinot noir 2008
- spicy beef daube a la monegasque and mashed potatoes, with Hundred Tree Hill shiraz 2007
- truffled brie, with Redbank Sally's Paddock 2009
- vanilla ice-cream, amarena, coffee
Attendees will receive free VIP entrance tickets to the Antibes Yacht Show Captain's Lounge for Friday 19th April. Price, including wines, dinner menu, coffee and water:
