7th edition of FRENCH LANGUAGE event for information exchange and debate on the Mediterranean region
Opportunity for experts in the Mediterranean basin to meet and discuss plans and action on various themes linked to cultural and natural heritage of the region. This year's theme is La Puissance du Feu, du Mythe de Promethee aux Defis Futurs en Mediterranee (the power of fire, from the myth of Prometheus to future challenges in the Mediterranean). The event is organized around 3 round-table sessions:
- the importance of fire in myths and religions
- global warming and natural risks: volcanic erruptions, fires, desertification
- future energy sources and the role of politics in energy transition
