Second of two conferences by Francis Devigne, author of Perou Solidaire. He began writing after spending several years in Peru, with the aim of sharing his knowledge of the country and culture. The conference is in two parts:
- 22 March, formative cultures
- 22 November, development of regional states
The first conference is to be followed by a meal at Loga Cafe.
