Two chefs work together

For 3 evenings, from 29th to 31st March, Philippe Joannes and Xavier Mathieu share the kitchens of the Fairmont Monte Carlo, to create a special dinner menu.

Executive chef of the Fairmont Monte Carlo, Philippe Joannes, won the title Meilleur Ouvrier of France in 2000. His kitchen colleague Xavier Mathieu was awarded a Michelin star for his eponymous restaurant at Le Phebus.
