Special menu for Saint Valentine's Day
Valentine's dinner menu available from 14th to 16th February, devised by chef Jimmy Desrivieres. For 69 euros per person, drinks not included, a choice of 2 starters, 2 main dishes and 2 desserts:
- mille-feuille of duck foie gras, spiced bread, strawberry and ginger compote

Gillardeau oysters poached in champagne, leeks, Menton lemon sabayon - coeur de quasi de veau cuit au sautoir, lightly spiced carrot mousseline, galanga jus

wild sea bass with lavender honey, wilted spinach, vegetables, citronella emulsion - Pomme d'Amour, red fruits, apple and ginger jelly, moelleux with hazlenut chips and yuzu sorbet
