In the school auditorium, a performance celebrating George Bernard Shaw. The evening takes as its theme Shaw's views on war and includes:
- One act playlet O'Flaherty VC
The piece is one of a trilogy of one-act plays on the subject of war, and was originally intended to be a recruiting pamphlet. - Dear Liar
Extracts from letters between the author and Mrs Patrick Campbell. - Arms and the Man
Performance of first act.
The cast includes Nick O'Conor, Andrew Riley, Paul Connell, Mike Muston, Silke Muston, Lynn Sharpe, Anne Fafoutakis, Kathy Livesey and Frank Dubuisson, directed by Virginia Disney.
