4th edition of youth racing event
From 11th to 13th January. Training competition for young sailors, opening the Mediterranean regatta season. Attended by youths from a dozen yacht clubs representing Monaco, Italy, Ireland, Tunisia, Russia, Switzerland, Belgium, Argentina, Germany and Tanzania.
Teams are made up of 4 sailors aged 12-15, and each race sees two teams compete at the same time. Success is based on team performance, tactics and understanding of racing rules.

Organized by Monaco Yacht Club, the race is preceded by the YCM Winter Team Racing Clinic on 9th and 10th January. Hosted by Bruce Hebbert, the training is presented in English and teenagers also take part in fun events, including an outing on board Senso One, the fastest mono hull in the world, and an educational visit to the Oceanographic Museum.
