The Massimo Dal Pra Quartet are:
- Massimo Dal Pra, piano
- Franck Taschini, saxophone
- Giuliano Raimondo, double bass
- Gianni Raspaldo, drums
Pianist and composer Massimo Dal Pra studied at the G Verdi Conservatory in Turin, collaborated with the San Remo Symphony Orchestra, and is Professor of General Musical Culture at the L Cherubini Conservatory in Florence. Alongside his classical work, he is also known for his jazz compositions and collaborations with Bob Mover and Gianni Basso. For several years he's played as a trio with Gianni Raspaldo and Giuliano Raimondo, and in 2006 at the San Remo Jazz Jubilee, Franck Taschini was invited to join them. The quartet has played regularly since then, with a repertoire consisting primarily of original tunes.
