Learn how to make patisseries
One of several cookery classes led by Monte Carlo Bay chef Marcel Ravin and his team in the kitchens of the Las Brisas restaurant. Price 110 euros per person includes cocktail and dinner for two.

- 15:30, welcome and briefing over fine tea and biscuits, followed by workshop
