17th edition of annual gastronomic food and drink fair

From 23rd to 26th November, this year's theme is creations gourmandes (gourmet creations):

  • open daily, 10:00-19:00
  • entry 5 euros
  • under 12s free of charge
  • weekdays, 12:00 to 14:00, free entry for all

With around 150 exhibitors, tastings and cooking demonstrations by leading chefs of Monaco and the Cote d'Azur. Chefs expected at the Salon include Joel Garault of Hotel Hermitage's Vistamar, Franck Cerutti and Gian Luca Strobino of Hotel de Paris' Salle Empire, Philippe Joannes of Fairmont Monte Carlo, Jean-Claude Brugel of Cafe de Paris, and Christophe Cussac of Metropole Hotel's Joel Robuchon. Also two Russian chefs, Andrei Ryvkine and Igor Shurupov, who are in Monaco for Russian gastronomy week.
