Monegasque specialities on the menu

From 16th to 20th November, celebrate Monaco National Day with chef Jean-Claude Brugel's menu of Monegasque dishes including:

  • Monaco style stuffed sardines with Provence garden vegetables (sardine farcie a munegasca, cun d'urtagi d'i giardin de Pruvenca)
  • ravioli with stew and boletuses (ravioere cun sugu de doba e burei)
  • Monegasque style stockfish (stucafi a munegasca)
  • beet pie, orange jam and almond ice cream (turta de ge nustrala, cunfitura de citrun e glaca a e amandure)
