Regional French food on the menu

During Autumn, regional French cuisine prepared by Chef Bernard Cuq, and matched with wines chosen by Chef Sommelier Dominique Milardi. Three course menu, 65 euros per person, excluding drinks, including:

  • regional amuse bouche
  • duck platter with foie gras and gesier, and mache salad
  • wild salmon OR duck shepherd's pie with wild mushrooms
  • poached pear, walnut moelleux, ice-cream
  • coffee and mignardises
