The Maya Bay has built a new terrace so diners can eat out in the garden. Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, the restaurant is located in the Roccabella building between the Meridien and the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. For a long time the menu has been a favourite of fusion foodies and also includes a takeaway service. The new patio adds a touch of Japanese harmony to the eating experience, with water features, bonsai trees and bamboo.
