Elsa continues cooking

Monte Carlo Beach Hotel's gastronomic restaurant is open throughout fall.

With only the Mediterranean Sea for company, Elsa restaurant has welcomed Monaco's gourmands since the refurbished hotel opened in spring. If you've not had chance to try it out yet, there's no rush, as the restaurant remains open during autumn. Chef Jean-Claude Brugel has designed a seasonal menu using quality local products, including chestnuts, wild mushrooms and pheasant. The kitchen opens for lunch and dinner, and closes on 1 November for winter.
