Anyone for Tennis?
The season starts this weekend along with the tennis, and thanks to the glorious sunshine, all your favourite summer restaurants are opening up their terraces.
What's new?
A year after the Columbus Hotel changed hands, chef Laurent Sturbois is to leave the hotel's Brasserie and open a new restaurant just over the border in Cap d'Ail. Called A'Trego, we've heard it's to be located on the jetty and is opening in May.
What's in the diary...
Thursday: A taste of Tuscany.
Friday: Dogz at home in Monte Carlo.
Saturday: Tennis for masters, Schumann for piano.
Sunday: Tennis for kids, Schumann for organ.
Coming up next week, Oceanomania, Americans test your knowledge, and employers test out students.
Featured event
In anticipation of the Easter chocolate fest, the British Association of Monaco (BAM) is organizing an Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday morning. It's a great opportunity to meet other parents and their kids, and even if you're not a member of BAM, it's a very reasonable 15 euros per child. Get to Stade Devens sport complex early for a pre-hunt hot drink, juice and biscuits.
