In like a lion

True to the adage (1), March arrived roaring like a lion this week with clouds, rain and strong winds. Let's hope that in 4 weeks' time the month ends on a gentler note.

What's new?

Gildo Pallanca is to open a new place on 16th March on the Darse Sud in the port, adding to his very successful Brasserie de Monaco. The only empty space we can see is Tartine, the luxury bio sandwich restaurant that officially threw in the towel last December. Pallanca's new place is to be called Explorers.

What's in the diary...

Thursday: Lean, clean, and pristine.
Friday: Make friends with Canadians and Japanese.
Saturday: Punks and people in masks - call the Police.
Sunday: Don't let sleeping dogs lie.

Coming up next week, women are the centre of attention.
