Don't forget to turn your clocks forward an hour before you go to sleep on Saturday night. maBoum has to make adjustments too, and until then, start times in our listings dated 31st March and after are out by an hour.

What's new?

We've upgraded our servers this week and the techno-gremlins have been trying to spoil the fun. We hope you've been able to enjoy maBoum without problems, but if you experience any difficulty at all, please tweet, facebook or email us. Thanks for your support!

It's Easter weekend, starting with Maundy Thursday mass this evening. There's plenty of family entertainment too, involving brunch, chocolate, egg hunts, and a day off on Monday. Printemps des Arts continues, with more Bartok, while Beausoleil's Chamber Music Festival ends on Saturday with Bach, Mozart and Haydn. With two weeks to go to the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters, visitors to the Casino can enjoy the first of several tennis themed events, and with two months to go, organizers of Monaco Grand Prix are revving up their engine.

It may not feel like it, but we know summer's on its way because beach bars and terraces are setting out the chairs and laying the tables. Eden Plage opens on Saturday, and Note Bleue and Fairmont Monte Carlo's Horizon have already served their first customers.

Finally, we'd like to extend a special welcome to Sacha, son of Andrea Casiraghi and his fiancee Tatiana Santo Domingo, and grandson of Princess Caroline.

What's in the diary...

Thursday: Business breakfast.
Friday: Women get up and go.
Saturday: Boxing and basket ball.
Sunday: Cambodian ballet, Italian fashion.

Coming up next week, waltzing, working, and taking a lunch break.

For lots more suggestions, visit maBoum's 7 day listing and enjoy your weekend.

(1) This week's quote is from English actor and writer Dirk Bogarde, born this day 1921. Talking about the Cannes Film Festival, he continued "You see all the people you thought were dead and all the people who deserve to be dead. After a while, you think you might be dead, too."
