Michelin starred chef Marcel Ravin and his team are offering cooking and baking classes over winter. The workshops take place in the kitchens of Las Brisas restaurant (Monte Carlo Bay Hotel). Classic cuisine sessions take place from 15:30 to 22:30 on several Fridays from mid-November to the beginning of April and cost from 280 euros. There are four patisserie classes, from 14:00 to 18:30 on one Thursday each month from November to February, price 115 euros.
