We're a hop, skip and a jump away from July and the Monaco sales that start on Monday, when we're hoping to bag some big bargains.
What's new?
Also starting next week is the second half of Note Bleue's summer jazz festival, featuring several great bass players performing over the next two months at the beach venue.
Coming back to this weekend, Monte Carlo International Jumping takes place at Port Hercule, and at Grimaldi Forum, there are 4 chances to see the Royal Ballet's production of Manon, tonight, tomorrow and Saturday.
Passing by Port Palace, you might have noticed a flag advertising La Maree, a Russian restaurant chain that specializes in fish. Already established in Moscow and St Petersburg, the company has taken over management of the Monaco hotel's rooftop restaurant. And finally, as we reported in May, changes are going ahead at Flashman's, which is now closed. A new company called FRC has been established to manage the bar, but no other details have been revealed to us.
